Japan and Russia Declare Victory in Asia
After word from the Anglo-Dutch alliance of surrender and a final push by Russo-Japanese forces, the Empire of the Rising Sun and the Great Russian Empire have declared victory in the Asian Sphere. This declaration was formalized this January at a joint summit in Port Aurthur between Japanese Emperor Honda Takatamotoshida and Soviet General Fyodr Alexandrov Trotsky. Takatamotoshida commented that "We are sorry to have to have defeated the Anglo-Dutch alliance, especially after they helped us reduce the Ottomans to the foot-rest of the Russian Empire. It was indeed a "Great Game" and, as you say yourselves in Britain: 'Better luck next time old chap.'"
---------------------------------------
The Russians and Japanese combined controlled 43 of the 58 supply points (approximately 74%). Victory was achieved in 8 years.

Ottomans declare Victory!
Colorblind General Midic S Hurton recently declared victory last night, cheerfully saying "All I see is Grey." In addition to the world-wide victory, the Ottomans are extremely pleased that the British, despite all of their great "power" and "superiority", failed in their primary objectives to destroy the Ottomans and conquer Asia. Job well done men.
Anglo-Dutch Surrender
On behalf of the Ango-Dutch Entente, the British Empire hereby surrenders to the Russo-Japanese Alliance. As the obnoxious and impudent Ottomans have been consigned to the dustbin of history, along with all powers not among the two great alliances, the game is effectively ended. The Russo-Japanese may consider themselves victorious and select what further provinces they require to attain 2/3.
